the benefits of carrots



Was known in ancient times by the greeks and the romans, and was used for medical purposes by the father of western medicine Hippocrates whose description matches the moderen one.
carrots are two types : the wild carrot and the domestic ”the agricultural” one.But the wild is more effective and beneficial.
